Terms of Service

1. General provisions

These Terms of Service (the “Agreement”) constitute a public offer in accordance with Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and set out the terms of use of the LLMoney service (the “Service”) available at llmoney.ru.

Using the Service constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of this Agreement. If you do not agree with any provision of the Agreement, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

LLMoney is a platform for comparing the cost of large language models (LLMs) and calculating tokens. The Service provides the following features:

• Calculating token counts for texts using tokenizers of various providers
• Comparing the cost of using models from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Sber GigaChat, Yandex YandexGPT, and others
• A request cost calculator based on providers' current pricing
• Connecting your own API keys (BYOK — Bring Your Own Key) to access paid tokenizers

The Service may add or remove supported models and providers at any time without prior notice.

3. Registration and account

3.1. User requirements

No registration is required to use the basic features of the Service (token calculation, price comparison). Registration is required to access advanced features, including API key management and saving settings.

To register, you must be over 18 years of age or have the consent of a legal representative.

3.2. Authentication via Yandex ID

Registration and sign-in to the Service are performed via Yandex ID (OAuth 2.0). During authorization, we receive your name, email address, and avatar from Yandex. We do not gain access to your Yandex password and do not store it.

You are responsible for the security of your Yandex ID account. In the event of unauthorized access to your account, notify us immediately at support@llmoney.ru.

4. API keys (BYOK)

4.1. Key storage

The Service allows you to add your own provider API keys (OpenAI, Anthropic, GigaChat, YandexGPT, and others) to access paid tokenization features. Keys are stored in encrypted form and are used solely to make requests to the providers' APIs on your behalf.

4.2. Responsibility for keys

You are solely responsible for:

• The lawfulness of the use of your API keys
• Compliance with the terms of use of the respective providers
• All costs incurred when your keys are used through our Service
• Promptly revoking compromised keys

We are not responsible for charges billed by providers when your API keys are used, and we do not reimburse such charges.

4.3. Key security

We do not share your API keys with third parties. Keys are used solely to make requests to the APIs of the providers you specify. You can delete your keys at any time in the Service settings.

5. User content

5.1. Text you enter

Text that you enter for token calculation is processed in real time and is not stored on our servers after the calculation is completed, except where the text is sent to a provider's server for tokenization (when BYOK is used).

5.2. Provider terms

When API keys are used for tokenization, your texts may be processed by the servers of the respective providers. The processing of such data is governed by the terms of use and privacy policy of the respective provider. We do not control and are not responsible for data processing by providers.

6. Prohibited actions

When using the Service, you must not:

• Violate the legislation of the Russian Federation or applicable international law
• Use the Service to process unlawful, offensive, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, its servers, or its databases
• Use automated tools for mass requests (scraping, bots) without written approval
• Create fake accounts or use multiple accounts
• Circumvent technical restrictions and protective measures of the Service
• Distribute malware or take actions that disrupt the operation of the Service
• Use other people's API keys without the owner's consent
• Resell or transfer access to the Service to third parties

7. Data accuracy and limitation of liability

7.1. Accuracy of calculations

The Service provides calculations “as is”. The cost of using models is based on the providers' officially published pricing. We strive to keep the data up to date but do not guarantee its accuracy at the time of use. Providers' prices may change without prior notice.

Token count results are estimates. The actual number of tokens may differ slightly depending on the version of the provider's tokenizer.

7.2. Service availability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the Service and reserve the right to suspend its operation for maintenance or for other reasons.

7.3. Limitation of damages

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

• The use of or inability to use the Service
• Inaccurate calculations or outdated pricing data
• Unauthorized access to your account or API keys
• Actions or omissions of LLM providers
• Interruptions in the operation of the Service

8. Intellectual property

All rights to the Service, including its design, source code, databases, trademarks, and other elements, belong to the rights holder and are protected by intellectual property legislation. Unauthorized copying, modification, or distribution of the Service's materials is prohibited.

Model names (GPT, Claude, Gemini, GigaChat, YandexGPT, and others) and provider logos are trademarks of the respective companies and are used solely for informational purposes.

9. Termination of access

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time by contacting support@llmoney.ru. When your account is deleted, all stored data, including API keys, will be permanently deleted.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service without prior notice in the event of a violation of this Agreement or of prohibited actions.

10. Changes to the terms

We reserve the right to change the terms of this Agreement. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. The current version of the Agreement is always available on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing law and dispute resolution

This Agreement is governed by the legislation of the Russian Federation. The parties will seek to resolve all disputes arising in connection with the use of the Service through negotiations. If no agreement can be reached, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Russian Federation.
