Privacy Policy

1. General provisions

This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) describes how the LLMoney service (the “Service”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, stores, and protects user information when you use the llmoney.ru website (the “Site”).

This Policy is an integral part of the Terms of Service. By using the Site, you agree to the terms of this Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please stop using the Site.

2. What data we collect

2.1. Data provided during registration

When you sign in with Yandex ID, we receive and store the following information from your Yandex profile:

  • Yandex ID — a unique identifier used to link accounts
  • Name — the display name from your profile
  • Email address — for notifications and communication
  • Avatar — a link to your profile picture

We do not receive or store your Yandex ID password. Authorization is performed via the OAuth 2.0 protocol, through which we receive only a limited set of data with your consent.

2.2. API keys

If you add your own provider API keys (BYOK), we store them in encrypted form. API keys are used solely to make requests to the APIs of the respective providers on your behalf. We do not share your keys with third parties and do not use them for any other purposes.

2.3. Text you enter

Text that you enter for token calculation:

  • Local tokenization — when the built-in tokenizers are used, the text is processed in your browser and is not sent to our servers
  • Server-side tokenization (BYOK) — when provider APIs are used, the text is transmitted to the provider's servers through our server. We do not store the text after the request is completed

2.4. Analytics data

To improve the quality of the Service, we may use Yandex.Metrica, which automatically collects:

  • Anonymized visit data (pages viewed, time spent on the site)
  • Technical device data (browser type, screen resolution, operating system)
  • Geographic location (at the city level)
  • Referral sources to the Site

This data does not allow us to identify you personally and is used solely to analyze how the Service is used.

2.5. Cookies

We use the following types of cookies:

  • Strictly necessary — for authentication (the refresh token in an httpOnly cookie) and basic operation of the Site. These cannot be disabled
  • Functional — to save your preferences (selected currency, cookie consent)
  • Analytics — for Yandex.Metrica. These can be disabled in your browser settings

3. Purposes of data processing

We process your data for the following purposes:

  • Providing access to the Service and its features
  • Identifying and authenticating users
  • Securely storing and using your API keys
  • Notifying you about changes to the terms of use or this Policy
  • Improving the quality and functionality of the Service
  • Ensuring security and preventing fraud
  • Complying with legal requirements

4. Sharing data with third parties

We may share your data only in the following cases:

  • LLM providers — when BYOK is used, your texts are transmitted to the servers of the selected provider for tokenization. The provider's processing of the data is governed by its own privacy policy
  • Yandex — when you authenticate via Yandex ID, data is transferred in accordance with the Yandex privacy policy
  • Analytics services — anonymized data is transmitted to Yandex.Metrica
  • When required by law — upon receiving binding requests from government authorities in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation

We do not sell your personal data to third parties and do not share it for marketing purposes.

5. Data storage and protection

5.1. Security measures

We apply the following measures to protect your data:

  • Encryption of all connections via HTTPS (TLS)
  • Encryption of API keys at rest in the database
  • Storing refresh tokens in httpOnly cookies (inaccessible to JavaScript)
  • Storing access tokens only in the browser's memory (not in localStorage)
  • Regular software updates
  • Restricting employee access to data

5.2. Data location

Servers that process the personal data of users from the Russian Federation are located in the territory of the Russian Federation in accordance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”.

5.3. Retention periods

Your account data is stored until your account is deleted. API keys are deleted when they are revoked or when the account is deleted. Analytics data is stored in accordance with the Yandex.Metrica policy.

6. Your rights

In accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” and other applicable legislation, you have the right:

  • Right to information — to learn what data of yours we process and for what purposes
  • Right of access — to request a copy of your personal data
  • Right to rectification — to demand that inaccurate data be corrected
  • Right to erasure — to request deletion of your account and all associated data. Once confirmed, deletion is irreversible
  • Right to withdraw consent — to withdraw previously given consent to data processing
  • Right to lodge a complaint — to file a complaint with Roskomnadzor (rkn.gov.ru)

To exercise your rights, send a request to privacy@llmoney.ru. We will review your request within 30 calendar days.

7. Account deletion

You can request deletion of your account by contacting privacy@llmoney.ru. When your account is deleted:

  • All of your personal data will be removed from our database
  • All stored API keys will be permanently deleted
  • Anonymized analytics data may be retained

Once confirmed, account deletion is irreversible and cannot be undone.

8. Third-party services

The Service may contain links to third-party resources and use third-party services. We are not responsible for the privacy policies of those services. We recommend that you review the data processing terms of the respective providers:

The Service is not intended for persons under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data of minors. If we become aware that we have received a minor's data without the consent of a legal representative, we will take steps to delete it.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
