The official DeepSeek API does not accept Russian bank cards; since 2026-08-16 it uses peak/off-peak pricing (the table shows the base price list). Routers are third-party resellers: convenient ruble payments, but a markup and their own data-handling terms. Vendor tools are usually unavailable through routers. Built-in tools — provider-hosted server-side tools (web search, code execution, ...); resale routers usually do not expose vendor tools.
